Price listed at 2000 or more on property guru and other sites. The price (1600) is fair since we are not looking to make a profit out of this but trying to find a good fit for our flat share. However, we will split the utilities so count around 100$ additional, we will be transparent and fair on the utilities unlike many tenants.
The bathroom is clean and modern. Since there is a direct access from the room there is no need to leave the room to access it.
+ Flat description
The flat is quite big and we will all share it fairly. There is a huge balcony with a nice view (facing a church and a quiet street). There is a lot of storage thanks to the bomb shelter, the living room is very spatious and we plan to modernize it in the coming months.
+ Flatmates
We are respectively 25 and 29 profesionals (French and Singaporian) who met online a while ago as we understood that renting a room is usually much more expensive and we were tired of being ripped off by a greedy tenant and living with people we are not getting along with.
After a few weeks of comparing our options and negociating prices, we found this great opportunity and decided to sign and take the flat. We are only missing 1 flatmate to fill the last bedroom.
Both of us put a strong point on cleanliness and respect of each other.

It is roughly between Dhoby Gauth MRT and Little India MRT, depending which side of the condo you exit from.
Many buses are availble as well, the location is excellent and you can feel the artisitc vibe of SOTA and the artistic side of Singapore.
