JOB DESCRIPTION Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Services Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Sales & Key Account Management, Influencing & persuading, High level communication skills, Team orientation, Computer literate, Ability to work at any level within organisations, Maintain good relationship with the clients. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Responsibilities: Identify ways to generate new clienteles by cold calling and obtain appointments with HR or Training & Development managers Identify opportunities to participate at trade shows, events or networking activities to meet with new clientele Responsible to create awareness for training programs conducted in the office by either conducting presentation or sharing the information individually with the trainees. Build and develop relationship with existing clients through constant follow up and meetings Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on individually or team assessed needs of potential clients Responsible to coordinate with IT to execute weekly Electronic Database Marketing (EDM) Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts Consistently achieve sales targets for WSQ Food and Beverages Programmes; WSQ Service Excellence Programmes; Safety, Health and Environmental Programmes; Productivity, Innovation & Quality Programmes and other programmes developed by the company.
